5 Months Old …

5 months Old …

Whether how true it was when it comes to this …it had been a while when I stop blogging. Reason is pretty simple because too busy with my workloads. What I supposed to write and so on…I don’t even have time to think about it.  But now since I am in the office and consider off peak (hopefully for me) so I have time to write something to update my deadly bloggie. I supposed to let you guys know how is my new chapter of life moving on. There are obviously up and downs like roller coaster. But then I did learn a lot and get used to the working life. Pretty stable after 5 months old…some of my them still asking me when will I quit? Should I feel contended? Should I venture or explore my own to somewhere else? All these questions often play in my minds for many times. But then as time goes by, it will give me an answer but however will it be too late to know by then. It is just like if you keep on waiting and see yet unable to predict what is next then how long can you last? Sometimes things get so contradicting with one another and you need to make fast decision. Too fast decision will give you wrong judgment whereas too slow will often make you regret in life later. I wanted to put a full stop on this. Why worries so much? Just set all these to aside and follow the path that I had decided earlier. Do not give up and continue to spur up. There are many things in life and not about this 5 months old issue. Solution will be pretty simple. Organize and Time Management will be most important elements in order to get everything balance and well. I do agree that as time goes by, when something that you had been done over and over again (repetition) then you will be able to do it efficiently. However, direction and goal have to be set and apart from this continuing exploring all others options and opportunities at the same time will be the ideal key of success. Good Luck to All!

The feeling of thankful -)

December 6th, 2006 by eleenaperspective

Heys Special ppl out there,

CongraTz for those who had graduated ! * huggies* -) But for those who is still in unie life, no worries, it is the matter of time. Don’t give up and believe me the onslaughts will end soon. Hmm…not trying to show off here. I just wanna potrayed how is the feeling of being confered as a graduate =p. Besides being more matured person, more knowledge person and most importantly I realized how important is family and my parents support. I am so glad to have both financially sound parents who are willing to support my studies to the peak. Without them, I am Ms. Nobody out there. Dad is always willing to do the best for his little girl. He even cannot have a good night sleep when he heard the news that his little girl had graduated finally. LOL…sacrifices from him always lie upon deep inside my heart always and forever. Besides that, my pillar of strength will be my bunch of greatest friends that I met in unie back in my 3 years studies. From a small seed our friendship bloom into a beautiful ones. Should I name them out…..argh..not really necessary. All of them again, remain in my heart always. Another person which is also very important and she is always there for me when I needed her the most. Distance friendship did not make us feel distant. If you treasured someone with your heart and soul, he / she will always remain important position deep inside your heart no matter where is she / he about. Who else should be listed ? Besides, to have new and greats buddies out there who supported each other tru this entire 3 years of unie life, I would say few good lecturers as well. Thank you and only God can return your kindness. Other than, being more matured, I feel that in unie life friends played important role where they teached you, discuss with you and even enjoy the entire studies with you. They supported you and even how hard is double majoring, it becomes easy. Not only great friendship is being created even it helped you to fill the important aspect of life. My last word for now obviously is T.H.A.N.K Y.O.U and I feel thankful to have all of you -)

Malaysia ’s Crisis

Mylarge

Hey everyone again !

I m backz after laid off for so long. I am so happy to be back again here. What is today ’s agenda ? I really have nothing in mind. But, by typing and listen to those nice songs, I hope to come up with something from nothing. Oh …how about I try to discuss some issues which is happening in Msia. I should say, it had happened long before but I can assure you it started in middle of 2006 and I hope ‘people’ who involved will put a FULL STOP finally.

Chinese are the second class citizen in Msia

How true is the statement ? LoL….when I first heard about it, my thinking was pretty furnnie. So at least we are not the 3rd class. I am sorrie and please do not get offended. Deep in my thoughts, I felt our Prime Minister answered all the questions in rather too simplistic and vague manner from Anjali Rao in the CNN where she interviewed him for 20 min ‘live’ on Asian Leader every Sunday if I am not mistaken. According to him, he compared the chinese citizen in Msia with others like Indon especially and other countries. We are much more better off and doing very well than all those Malays. Yes, I do agree we are much more better off but then he did not answer whether we are the second class citizen in Msia ? Thanks to Lee Kuan Yew,he raised the question up. In my opinion, why should he raised the question ? This will create public disorder for our political wise. He should not raise it up if he doesnt have any solutions or purpose. We are Msian and they are Singaporean. He should not interfere our political stability. We are slightly better off and investors willing to invest in our country because from political stability point of view, we are slightly more stable compare to Thailand. Other than that, like automobiles industry and etc, we are far far behind than Thailand. Look at Bangkok and then compare with Kuala Lumpur. You will know the different. Back to the question, will it makes any different if we label our self as second class? Deep in thoughts again, I think I do feel yes if we go and follow Lee Kuan Yew and start to label ourself. Why should we do that ? Just forget about it and I do personally think that if somebody is lagging behind in the country we should lend them a hand and not forget about them. Personally, I feel team work is very much essential role for the development of country. We adopted the rules where always the Majority Rules the country. I believed it is abit pretty radical approach but then it has it advantages as well. For example, it is like majority wanted to watch casino royale but you don’t like the new bond guy, yet you have to follow. LoL..but who knows you fall in love with the bond girl. It is better to have 10 happy than 1 sad. Utility view : Benefit outweight cost =p.

As a conclusion, we should do the best for our country and not to blame anyone for what is happening. We should hold more discussions and everyone do not hope May 13 in future again. We need to lear to be more tolerate. We can choose to leave if we are not happy about it. Today ’s world is much more advance and different from olden days where we don’t have our education and technology.

Do we need nuclear protection ?

Intially, I am pretty curious why poor country like South Korean have nuclear weapon and even have the technology to built it. They don’t even have 3 meals per-day. They save their meals monies for those weapon power. Why ? What is the reason? Can we do that? We save our monies from shopping, grocery and meals for the sake of nuclear? LoL…I cannot imagine. But South Korean are doing that. They are poor and their Prime Minister always think that the whole world owe them. They need to survive. They wanted to be rich. They wanted to be AMERICAN. Seriously,I believe if you have powerful weapon with you, at least what you said, people will give little attention rather than nil. New York city will be bombed if they ( the tai Kor) never listen to the whole world. They wanted to dominate the world? Not easy now. If 20 years back, it will be easy but now better think twice before another 9/11 happened. About Msia owning nuclear power, I suppose we should put aside first. Becos, no matter what we speak nobody will listen. Why? Becos of the size of a bean in the world map. Haaahaaa…I am afraid before we can fight using our weapon, we don’t have enough place to test it. If it leaks whole Msia will wipe out. Like Hiroshima all wipe out and the cancerous poison remained from generation to the next generation. It is like scar and bad memory to all.

Correction : Embarassing @@ It is north Korean not south . LOL ! Technical error

The best way to cheer yourself up is
to try to cheer somebody else up."
Mark Twain

Our own troubles sometimes weigh heavily upon us. If we let them, our troubles can drag us down to the extent that we are anything but cheerful.

Everyone faces troubles or challenges at some point in their lives. If you compared your troubles, or challenges, with those of others, you would surely find that there are those whose troubles make yours look like minor inconveniences.

We have all heard the story of the person who felt sorry for himself because he had no shoes, but then met the man who had no feet.

By cheering up someone else, you actually minimize and lighten some of your own burdens. You’ll feel a lot better when you share you happiness with someone else.

Fatherly ’s care

July 2nd, 2006 by eleenaperspective

I love spooky stories but only this special story was captured inside my mind for long time after hearing it from a close friend. He is called *Daren and he is a Singaporean who is living in Changi. He is currently staying with his family except his beloved departed father. Well, Daren‘s father passed away due to heart- attacked. According to Daren, his father was a very fierce man who would not hesitate to slap, punch or beat if Daren and his siblings were wrong or disobedient and the whole family really terrified of him. Whenever we spoke about his beloved father whom he often called “Pa”, Daren would shake his head and commented;- “Well, my pa wasn’t a bad father after all. He just had foul temper and was real domineering, so it was hard for him to put up with any challenge to his absolute authority. Most probably it was because my mum left us since we were young. I do totally agree sometime his dad was slightly over protective”. Daren once told me his elder bro was caught smoking in school and he was beaten silly. When he, himself forged his father‘s signature in his report book (where we used to do this silly act together), then next day I saw Daren bruises all over his arms and legs. He was belted from head to toe. But after a cup of “teh tarik’ with him at mamak stall then his emotion will be fully recover and Daren really can forget those unpleasant incident fast. At that teenage‘s moment, we never regret what we did actually. The only person who escape from any form punishment from his pa was his beloved sister named *Dolly. Yes…his father did adore Dolly very much. In my opinion, most probably, she is the youngest in the family. Daren told me in his e-mail a few weeks ago, “Eleena, anyway, what I ‘m going to tell you is that ever since my father died, I believe in ghosts because my fathers come to visit us a plenty. “ Of course, I thought Daren was kidding me. He used to play prank on me so I did not believe him at first but after finished reading his story and know his family pretty well then I began to trust his story. He began his story by picturing his father at the balcony, brooding, reading, watching TV or simply tinkering with his digital diary. Daren said his father death was so unexpected because he had been so fit and larger than life. Daren and his siblings hadn’t seen him sick or feeble so it didn’t feel as if he had died. It was as if he had merely gone away for vacation. One night, Daren was left home alone because his sister went for a holiday at Thailand with relatives and his elder brother was in National service. For once, he had free reign of the house and no one to be afraid of. Or so he thought. Daren went to the shop and bought a pack of Marlboros and went to the balcony to smoke. He did this because he did not want to stink his room. Daren ashamed to admit this but he had few dirty magazine to read on. He dragged on the cigarette, lost in steamy and sexy stories in the magazine. Out of sudden, he felt a hard slap across hid face, stinging his cheek and causing his eyes to water. BUT THERE WAS NO ONE THERE! The cigarette was pulled out of his mouth and flew out of the balcony window. And then his father‘s voice rang out “if you ever do that again, I will kill you!” He was panicked and ran out of the house, leaving the door open and sat below the block for hours and his heart was beating rapidly. When he finally gathered enough courage to go up again, he didn’t dare to look at the balcony where the strange incident happened. He locked his room and he didn’t get to sleep the whole night. When his sister, Dolly finally arrived home from her vacation, Daren told her about the incident. Dolly replied and told her that she had the similar experienced too. One night after her tuition class, she was returning home very late and was walking up to the path when she heard some weird noise behind. She turned behind and he saw a naked man was standing behind her. At first the flasher was grinning in sick sort of way at her. Then his eyes looked up past her and before Dolly knew what was happening, the flasher was so terrified and run away leaving her alone. Dolly rushed home and called the police immediately. The neighborhood police managed to catch the flasher who was running down the street naked. Dolly then learned that this pervert had been doing this for some time-lurking around the blocked naked waiting for women and exposing himself and even molesting some of them. The police had given up capturing him but this time he didn’t get away. According to the molester, he had seen a man ‘s face outside the third story balcony which was Dolly ‘s house- and the man just jumped and flew at him with arm outstretched as if to rip his heart out. The molester was sure the ‘evil’ apparition would kill him. Dolly was pretty sure that the apparition was’ ah pa ‘because he used to wait for her at balcony whenever she had late night. This was his way of protecting her. Finally, Daren ended his story by concluding, “I guess my dad being a stubborn man he was, just didn’t see why death should stop him from looking out for his children.”

Sex and Love? Which one do you choose?

November 26th, 2005 by eleenaperspective

C3158483 Specially for gurls,

Having sex with guy is not a recipe for instant love. Sex is a physical act and love is an emotional state. Generally speaking, if there is no love, even if you desperate want there to be, having sex won’t change the situation at all. On the other hand if love already there on both sides, then having sex or not having sex shouldn’t change your feelings, either.

Finally, what is love all about ? C1575227 Hmm…the component of loves derived from chemistry, infatuations, security, sex and etc. (Errr..could not think more abt it..sorrie).So love has many different parts, all add up to a feeling that, well you can’t quite explain. It is hard to describe. Seriously. Because love is something that is unique to every person, only you can decide if you are in it.

C1321471_1                 For instance, do you happen to like him just the way he is?  He wouldn’t be slighty more appealling if he drove a better car or was on the baseball team or was to nicer around your friends? Hint: It is pretty good sign you are in love when you like and accept a guy for who you like him to be. Did you say you can be yourself around him? He can always come over, or when the PMS beast has taken over really furious of someone, and you still love him. Remember forgiveness is a skill to take time to perfect but so is asking for it. There is also a matter of understanding.  He is your body? If you can share your deepest fears and biggest humilations with him, then you can feel pretty confident that you are in love. Before I decided to end this topic, please share this poem then. It is not created by me actually. I am not qualified yet to be a great poet. Hehe =)

             The meaning of love

Love is when two people touch

              each other ’s soul

         Love is honestly and Trust

         Love is helping one another

           Love is Mutual Respect

Love means the differences can be worked out

Love is reaching your dream together

Love is connection of two hearts

Last Tribute to Peter F. Drucker

November 24th, 2005 by eleenaperspective

Pd_2       The Man who invented Management. Why Peter Drucker ’s ideas still matter. When I was in my  Cam-alevel back several years…hmm…not really that long. I am not that old ;p …I seriously dunno why this man ’s name keep on appearing in my business studies books. What I did was in order to pass my exam just memorized his name and what he said that is all without knowing who he was. But then, after his death on 11th November 2005, I finally realised that Peter Drucker was Pd_3_1

actually management guru and he contributed in every aspect of management. The best part is he can lived till 95 years old and still in the mood of producing books. Whenever people interviewed him asking him which is his best books ? He will replied " The next one!" Below is the brief bio about Peter Drucker.

Pd_1

1909 - Born into a highly profesional family in Vienna.

1927 - Study law in Hamburg University

1929 - Join frankfurt ’s largest daily newspaper as financial      writer

1939 - 1981 - Published numerous books

1984 - Drucker argue that CEO should make no more than 20    times of the salary of the lowest paid workers ( if lowest worker salary is $ 500 then CEO salary will only be $ 10 k ? Will it ever happened in reality?)

2002 - Awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President George W. Bush

2005 - Dies at the age of 95, having published 38 books translated into 37 languages.

My insight and thoughts about Peter Drucker was I never know who he was if he did not call home by Lord. I din not mean he should die or whatsoever. Sometime, you never know or not as famous as after passed away. This is true case. Wanna try? Just kidding =)! Datin Endon became well-known after her death. Even BBC announced that to the world. No matter what, Peter Drucker will forever remain in Management world. For those Management students…you will always bump into him (not in person…his thoughts and philopsophies ;p) although he is no longer living. Thanks to business week! Adios!
